S-Type Load Cells
S-Type Load Cells has been purpose built for a variety of applications. Common uses include medical devices such as patient lifting systems and process weighing/general measurement uses for hopper and suspended tank weight measurement. Our compact s shaped load cell range is available in low and high capacity choices. When combined with range of electronics, a load cell s type installation for any purpose can be easily achieved, whilst maintaining accuracy and reliability.
Alongside our wide range of complete system electronics is the Type 53-04 self-aligning s load cell assembly, which in relevant applications can prevent unwanted forces from affecting the performance of an “S” type load cell. Approvals for our s beam load cells include FM, OIML, ATEX and NTEP. IP68 protection is also available within our s beam load cell range as a result of hermetic encapsulation. Cup & Ball Type
It is designed to load from center through cup & ball mechanism which helps for self-restoring and self-centering for improvement in accuracy. It is fitted with GD Tubes for transit voltage protection caused due to lighting or line voltage faults. Nickel plated, hermetically sealed IP – 68, OIML standard, Suitable for electronic truck scales, railway Scales and other electronic weighing devices.

Column / Compression Type
This product is suitable for use in road and rail weighbridges and process weighing applications. The welded construction and built-in surge protection ensure that this product can be used successfully in harsh environments. Self-aligning, stainless steel single column Load Cell comes with hermetically sealed, IP68/IP69K protection. It is approved by OIML R60 C3 and NTEP class III 10000 divisions.

Digital Load Cells
We offer a number of digital load cells in conjunction with our traditional analogue range. They feature built-in electronics for signal processing and analogue to digital conversion. They are an ideal option for truck scales and dynamic weighing applications.
Integrated microprocessors allow for improved system accuracy and load cell handling. The digital output is convenient and lets users communicate with each load cell independently within a system. This can afford greater flexibility than possible with an analogue equivalent.
Our sensors feature integrated firmware and added functionality to help compensate for errors. All are hermetically sealed for maximum protection of the internal electronics from environmental effects. You can easily download firmware updates from the relevant digital load cell product pages. Shear Beam Load Cells
Shear beam load cell range is ideally suited to all industrial weighing scale and general measurement applications. The beam type load cell family, sometimes known as a bending load cell, tends to be the most commonly used due to the variety of available options. Applications include filling machinery, industrial floor scales, tank and silo weighing, plus diverse applications in on-board vehicle weighing, medical equipment and process control, where a load cell shear beam installation is required.
Our bending beam load cell is manufactured to the highest quality, ensuring that our sensors remain reliable and accurate. At the core of our shear beam load cell range is the use of stainless steel, combined with modern sealing compounds providing durability for most applications. For optimal durability, hermetically sealed versions are also available.
Our bending beam load cells are available with a list of standard or optional features. We have models that feature approvals such as OIML or NTEP, as well as versions approved for use in hazardous areas. Cable lengths, cable types and connectors can all be adapted to match individual requirements.

Hazardous Environment Load Cells
Many of our products are suitable for use in hazardous and potentially explosive environments. They are independently tested and certified in accordance with ATEX directives as equipment intended for use in explosive atmospheres. They are denoted by the ‘EX’ symbol. For the North American market, we also offer FM certification on many of our load cell models. These products are fit for purpose in workplaces and industrial settings that have potentially explosive atmospheres such as gas container filling systems, chemical plants, and powder handling operations.
